1. Information we process
Depending on how you use BS Booster, we may process:
- checkout email address, order identifiers, inbound support email content, reply history and attachment metadata when you contact an email support address;
- Brawl Stars Player ID/tag, in-game account name, brawler data, trophy values, targets and order progress;
- Supercell ID email when you provide it for the requested login;
- one-time verification codes only long enough to complete the requested authentication;
- temporary authenticated game-session data when you choose to keep the account signed in for an active order;
- payment status, provider reference, amount, currency and transaction metadata received from an enabled payment provider;
- records of the legal-policy version in effect when an order or checkout was created, including relevant timestamps;
- technical/security information such as request logs, IP or device/browser information where generated by hosting, security or anti-abuse systems.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to create and verify orders, provide the purchased service, authenticate an account when authorized, operate Customer Control, calculate and validate queue limits, send transactional notices, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot incidents, answer support requests, process refunds/disputes and maintain records required for security, accounting or legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in security/fraud prevention and service administration, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is the appropriate basis.
3. Account login and session data
One-time Supercell verification codes are intended to be used once to complete the requested login and then discarded. If you choose to keep an account signed in, temporary authenticated session data may be retained only as reasonably needed to continue the active order, recover from supported interruptions or provide a later batch within the same order.
Old or inactive session data may be deleted automatically after completion, order expiry, inactivity, security events or a system update.
4. Payment and order-policy records
Payment credentials entered on a third-party hosted payment page are processed by that provider. BS Booster receives the transaction data needed to identify and verify the order, but the website does not need to store a full card number or card security code to provide the Service.
We may record the policy version that was in effect when a checkout or order was created, together with the time, order/purchase type and a privacy-preserving reference to the checkout identity. This helps administer the order and establish which published terms applied to the transaction.
5. Service providers
We may share the minimum information reasonably needed with providers that help operate BS Booster, such as Cloudflare for hosting/security, enabled payment providers, Resend for transactional and inbound support email, and infrastructure or support providers used to deliver the Service. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy obligations where applicable.
6. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. One-time login codes are not intended to be retained after use. Temporary game-session data may be deleted after completion, expiry, inactivity or a system update.
Order, payment, policy-version, security and support-email records may be retained longer where reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, warranty/service history, dispute handling, enforcement of the agreement or legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized where practical.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website may use cookies or browser storage for essential functions such as maintaining a secure Customer Control session, remembering a recent payment-return link or preserving necessary interface state. We do not need to sell unrelated advertising profiles to provide BS Booster.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should protect their own email, game account and device and should not send unnecessary passwords or payment credentials through support chat.
9. International processing
Some infrastructure or service providers may process data in countries other than the customer’s country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider or BS Booster will use a legally recognized transfer mechanism or other permitted basis.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or other information about personal data connected to your order. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request where retention is necessary for a transaction, fraud/security purpose, dispute or legal obligation.
You may also choose not to save an authenticated game session, although doing so can require another login later.
11. Children and guardian permission
Customers must be legally able to use the Service or have the permission or consent required by applicable law from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly request more personal information from minors than is reasonably necessary to deliver an authorized order.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the Service or data practices change. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
