Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

This policy explains how digital BS Booster orders start, how fulfilment is measured and how pauses or delivery problems are handled.

1. Digital service only

All BS Booster purchases are digital services. No physical product is shipped. Delivery occurs through hosted boosting activity and, where available, private Customer Control and order-status features.

2. When delivery starts

After payment is confirmed and the required account information is provided, BS Booster begins processing the order. Processing may include verification, account login, session preparation, hosted-resource allocation, account setup and placement into the service queue.

If no earlier order is using the required capacity, active boosting may begin immediately. Otherwise, the order remains queued and active boosting begins automatically when capacity becomes available. Queue placement therefore happens before active gameplay when capacity is occupied.

3. Trophy-based fulfilment

The completion window scales with the purchased trophy amount and begins when payment is confirmed, so larger orders receive more time. The checkout ETA is an operating estimate, not the expiry deadline. Verified BS Booster-side interruptions may be credited or extended where appropriate.

Trophy-based orders use the purchased trophy balance toward eligible submitted brawlers. The standard trophy-order rules are Power 7+ and targets up to 1,000 trophies per brawler, together with any batch minimum and order-balance limits shown in Customer Control.

Delivered progress is determined from trusted account/order data. If the live account state changes before a batch starts, the required work may be recalculated before acceptance of the batch.

4. Day-Based fulfilment

Day-Based Boosting provides hosted boosting for the purchased service period and is the flexible option for supported situations outside the standard trophy-order limits. The purchased period begins when hosted boosting actually starts for the order, not merely when the pricing page is opened or payment is initiated.

5. Customer Control and server validation

Customer Control is an interface for submitting supported targets and viewing order state. Client-side values are not the final authority. Before a batch is accepted, the server may independently recheck the paid order, remaining balance, Player Tag, brawler eligibility, current trophies, target limits, duplicate entries and active-batch status.

6. Estimates and game conditions

Any ETA, expected trophy rate, daily capacity or “up to” amount is an estimate based on expected conditions and is not a guaranteed completion time or match outcome. Delivery can vary with matchmaking, brawler strength, game-mode availability, maintenance, balance changes, account state, connection quality and publisher changes.

7. Pauses, updates and recovery

We may pause delivery during a required Brawl Stars update, maintenance window, login interruption, security event or technical incident. Where practical, the Service may resume automatically or the affected work/time may be re-performed after the issue is resolved.

A temporary pause does not by itself mean the entire order failed. Any cancellation or refund request relating to an interruption is reviewed under the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

8. Customer-caused delays

Delivery may pause if the customer changes login access, fails to provide a required verification step, submits unsupported targets, intentionally interferes with the hosted session or otherwise prevents performance. The customer should contact support promptly when account access changes during an active order.

9. Completion and order records

A trophy-based portion is completed when the purchased progress for the accepted target has been delivered according to trusted order/account records. A Day-Based portion is consumed as the purchased hosted-service period is made available after its start, subject to any credited extension for a verified BS Booster-side interruption.

Order records may include accepted targets, start/completion times, account snapshots, progress and interruptions so delivery can be administered and later reviewed.

10. Failure to deliver and support

If you believe delivery is materially different from the purchased service, contact support@bsbooster.net. We may first attempt to resume, re-perform or extend the Service. Any cancellation or refund request is reviewed under the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
